Booth Lacrosse is designed to welcome new players, improve current player's skills, and challenge skilled players. The organization will provide a complete training program: beginning with basic skills, individual techniques and position specific instruction. The players will be taught the fundamentals as well as professional techniques.

Booth Lacrosse will hold its Marin Showdown this summer at Redwood High School. On July 10-11, eight teams will compete for the Marin Showdown. The games will consist of two 25-minute halves, running time with a 5-minute half time. Saturday’s play will consist of round robin play and on Sunday playoff games will proceed to determine the Marin Showdown Champion. The Marin Showdown is an excellent opportunity for teams to enjoy the best game on earth, strengthen team bonding, and improve their overall game.

REQUIREMENTS:
Each team will consist of 18-20 players, the team must have at least one coach. The team must also provide their own uniforms which need to be dual colored with numbers on each side.
NOTE: While a Team must first secure a spot in this Tournament (see below), registration and payment for it is by individual team players ONLY. To register and participate, a player must be a member of one of the Teams who have already communicated their interest in participating and have properly committed to bringing a team to the tournament.

$ 1200 ($300 non refundable deposit and $900 entrance fee) Per Team Registration Fee (before July 1st)

PROGRAM DIRECTOR:
Tim Booth- A two sport standout at Hobart College in Lacrosse and Football. All American in both sports, and professional indoor and outdoor lacrosse player. Tim has several years of coaching experience at the collegiate level, and has been involved with lacrosse camps since 2000. Tim has made it his mission to help spread his enthusiasm, love and knowledge of lacrosse to the bay area.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
This tournament will serve as another outlet for lacrosse players that are part of a Varsity program to continue to improve their overall game and gain valuable bonding experiences. The Marin Showdown is one of the most affordable tournaments around and the Marin location boasts easy accessibility for the Bay area high School teams. The location will help save Norcal families travel expenses and time. Although in it first year it will grow in stature and reputation and will gain the ability to draw teams from across the country. All teams are guaranteed 5 games. Teams will be seeded according to the round robin performance on Saturday. Teams will compete in the playoff brackets leading to championship games Sunday afternoon.

This Team Tournament is NOT open to the public. Individual players can participate ONLY as part of a team for which Booth Lacrosse has received a security deposit, Team Fee, and player roster. The tournament will be limited to those 8 teams from which Booth Lacrosse first receives non-refundable deposits.
