Boys can be absolutely brutal to one another about height. When it comes to lacrosse, the player’s height has no bearing on their ability to perform on the field. Anyone can be an impactful teammate regardless of his physical composition.

Lacrosse gets a bad rep for safety. However, due to the protective equipment lacrosse players wear during matches, it is ranked way far down for a sport that can cause bodily harm. Soccer, for example, is more dangerous than lacrosse when it comes to injuries.
